How and where do I get my order number?
Once your order is complete, you will immediately receive an order confirmation via email. This will be sent to the address you provided during purchase. In the order confirmation, you will also find your unique order number , which always begins with #Vintagemunich followed by a combination of numbers. (e.g. #Vintagemunich12345 ).
How much are the shipping costs?

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
We ship our goods from Germany with DHL. After receiving shipping confirmation with a tracking number, delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days. We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
How does the return process work?
We want to make the return process as easy as possible for you. Here are the steps you can follow:
1.Find the cancellation form in our cancellation policy, fill it out and enclose it with your return.
2. Visit our returns portal to register your return. You'll need your order number (beginning with #Vintagemunich) and the email address you provided when placing your order. Once registered, you can simply print the return label.

These costs will be deducted from your refund.

What condition are the products in?
The items are second-hand, but all in good condition. Naturally, slight signs of wear may be present due to previous use—this is unavoidable with second-hand goods. However, we make sure that everything is clean, tidy, and functional.
